- You are between the ages of 13 - 20 years old
- You have placed at least 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in a previous MMC contest
- You will not be biased in voting for your favorite entries
- You will send me your 3 favorite entries by the following Friday (unless you email me beforehand letting me know that you will be unable to participate for that week)
- You have a passion for writing and encouraging other teen writers

- What is your name?
- What is the link to your blog (if you have one)?
- Are you between the ages of 13 and 20?
- Approx. how long have you been a participant of MMC?
- Have you placed either 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in a previous contest?
- Did you read and agree with all of the requirements for the Teen Writing Board (above)?
